We look forward to seeing all of our EMBK skiers and families at our first all-club practice at Leo J. Martin Ski Track this Saturday, Dec 2, from 9am – 10:30am. There may be patches of ski-worthy snow tomorrow, but this is dependent on whether the ski track managers can make more snow tonight. So, please be prepared for both skiing and dryland training. If we do have the opportunity to take advantage of the small areas of snow, our skiers will take turns skiing. The remainder of the session will be dryland training. Please note that USA will have a dryland only practice.
Also, please remind your kids to dress in layers, wear good running shoes and bring their water bottles.
8-9 am Roller ski (returning skiers only, age 11+) or on-snow ski (depending on conditions)
8:30 am Pick-up trail passes in the cafe (for pre-register) or submit applications at the front desk
9 am All-club practice: Break into country groups for training
If snow is ski-worthy:
- 9-9:30 am Scandinavia on snow
- 9:30-10 am North American on snow (USA will have a dryland only practice)
- 10-10:30 am Western Europe on snow
Country Assignments Are Available to View!
Our country assignment process aims to group skiers with similar ages, interests and skills and match them with the right coaches. If you want to request an assignment change, please contact Jim Stock . Although, please know that we will rarely make a change until after coaches have seen your child ski on snow.
