Photo page procedure and policy Procedure: Upload your photos to a digital photo server such as Snapfish or Shutterfly. Email the photo page manager a brief description of the photos (event name, place, and date), the name of the photographer, and a link to the album. The photo page manager will review your photos then put your link on the club Web site. Permissions policy: By providing the photo page manager with a link to your digital photo album you are granting permission (a) to club parents to use (download, print, and share) the photos for personal use and (b) to club personnel to use the photos for noncommercial club use, for example by importing a photo to the club Web site, for use in an informational flyer, or for use in a club video (such as the 2006 club waxing video).
